Finding a new home, particularly if you are moving to a new area, can be a daunting and time-consuming task.   Moving home is stressful and our aim is to minimise your stress; our service ensures that you can use your time wisely and view those properties that really do meet your needs. We will:

• We will take time to understand your requirements; this is achieved through an initial telephone consultation, followed by a face to face meeting wherever possible (within the UK).  We will discuss locations, areas, property types and styles and lifestyle. This is done without obligation.
• Having understood your requirements, we will draw up an initial brief from which we will work; we will then start your search.
• The schedule will be client driven, for example,  taking into account your timescales and availability to travel to the area;
• We will view potential properties on your behalf and draw up a short-list of properties for you to view.
• We will escort you to all viewings;
• In our experience, property searches are not straightforward and clients do sometimes modify their requirements; we are always able to respond to your changing needs and the brief will be amended accordingly.
• We will continue to search as your requirements become refined and arrange further viewings until you have found your ideal property.
• We will negotiate the purchase of the property and assist you in finding solicitors, surveyors and removal companies. We will oversee the moving process and be available for support throughout.
• We will provide on going support to help you settle in to your new home and new area.
